So i woke up this morning to a big eyed little girl using me as a jungle gym. Juliet was up before me, swimsuit in hand. last night i told her we’d go to the beach. I use the beach as a bit of therapy for myself. My morning run sets the pace for my day, good or bad. As a side benefit, my hair looks great after, something about the salt air, #Herohair.
Doing a four day cleanse starting this morning. Last night I made two days worth of shakes, 6 for each day. Ill make the rest later for freshness. Training is really hard when you aren’t getting the necessary calories/nutrients to sustain intense workouts, so I’m going to be doing beach runs and light BJJ rolling. I weighed myself this morning, 184lbs or 83.5kg. I set a goal weight of 174lbs or 79kg. In preparation for my next fight I’d like to lean out a bit. I’ve been doing more strength/bulking work out routines, trying to get stronger. Next ill be shifting into a power routine, which is the combination of speed and strength. Anyway, ill be updating on what I drank, how I’m feeling, and my daily weight loss. 4 days with out meals, I’ve done it before, can do it again. Im ready to fight again. Im HUNGRY.Small price to pay to look and feel SUPER. Up up and away.
