Cleanse day 2

The first day was pretty rough, out of habit I go to the fridge every hour. It’s pure torture. So many cravings. On a side note I lost 2lbs the first day, not bad. I train a lot better at a lower weight, so the sooner I can get to a comfortable weight the better my training camp will be.
During my second session today I got a bit light headed. Had to sit down for a few minutes before I resumed training. I don’t have any stomach pains as the juice fills me up. It’s the simple act of chewing that I’m missing so much at the moment. In my next life I want to be black so I can eat whatever and still look amazing. Lucky mfers. Anyway ill leg you know how the next two days goes. Stay classy kids. Up up and away.
